1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of humanpeptidebiolabs.com and any order you place through it. Human Peptide BioLabs is a trade name of Human Wellness Club LLC. Business address: 4091 Riverside Dr. Suite 218, Chino, CA 91710. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

2. Research use only — the binding restriction

Everything we supply is for in-vitro laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not approved by the FDA for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any clinical use, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition.

By ordering, you agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• administer any product to a human being or to an animal;
• use any product in or on the body, or in any clinical or diagnostic procedure;
• resell, repackage, relabel, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption, or to anyone you believe intends that;
• represent to any third party that a product is safe or approved for human or veterinary use.

We provide no dosing guidance, protocols, or administration instructions, and we will decline requests for them. Breach of this section terminates your right to order from us and voids every remedy under our refunds and returns policy.

3. Who may order

Ordering is restricted to persons aged 21 or over who are qualified researchers, licensed professionals, or authorized business entities, and who have the facilities and competence to handle laboratory reagents safely. You confirm these requirements before entering the catalogue and again at checkout. The entry acknowledgment remains on your device; the checkout confirmation is recorded with the date and time. Giving a false confirmation is a breach of these terms.

4. Ordering, and what this site is

You may place an order directly on this website, or in our member portal. Prices published on this website are our standard retail list; if you are a member, the pricing shown to you in the portal once you are signed in is the pricing that governs your order. No payment is taken on this website and no card details are collected here.

An order placed through this website or through the portal is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we accept it and payment clears. We may decline any order, in whole or in part — including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description is in error, where the delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or where we have reason to believe the material is intended for a use prohibited by section 2. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars. Prices on this website are taken from our current published standard retail price list; member pricing in the portal may differ and is what applies to your order. Each price is for one vialat the strength stated and excludes shipping and any applicable tax, which are confirmed with your total before payment. Prices may change without notice, but the total we confirm to you is the total you pay. If an obvious pricing or description error appears, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel.

6. Payment

Payment is arranged in the member portal or with your order confirmation, which sets out the methods available to you. Bank wire transfer is accepted today. Credit and debit card acceptance is not available yet — no card details are collected anywhere on this site, and no one from our team will ever ask you for card details by email or text. Orders are dispatched only after payment has cleared.

7. Shipping, title, and risk

We ship within the United States only, on the terms in our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier. Responsibility for correct storage and handling of the material passes to you at the same moment.

8. Your compliance obligations

You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of these materials, including any institutional approval your organisation requires and any export control that applies if you later move them. You confirm you are not on any US restricted-party list.

9. No warranty beyond specification

We warrant that products are supplied as described on the product page and, where a certificate of analysis is provided, that they conform to the specification in that certificate for the lot supplied. Beyond that, products are supplied “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Research materials are inherently experimental; suitability for your specific research application is for you to determine.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost research time, lost data, or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, and in particular from any use of a product in a human or veterinary application in breach of section 2.

12. Intellectual property

The Human Peptide BioLabs name, logo, site design, and catalogue content are ours. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that govern that order.
