What we collect

• Order and enquiry details — your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and the items and quantities you request.
• Your research-use attestation — the confirmation you give at checkout that you are 21 or older and are ordering as a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized business entity, recorded with the date and time you gave it.
• Correspondence — emails and call notes relating to your orders.
• Transaction records — invoices, amounts, and the payment method used. We never see or store full payment credentials: no card details are collected anywhere on this site.
• Standard server logs — the IP address, timestamp, and page requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Your shopping cart and a record that this browser completed the 21-and-over and research-use entry acknowledgment are held in your browser’s local storage on your device. The entry record expires after 30 days, is not sent to us, and does not replace the confirmations recorded when you place an order. Your cart is not transmitted to us until you send it at checkout. Clearing your browser data removes both records entirely.

Why we use it

• To confirm, price, pack, and ship your order, and to invoice it.
• To answer your questions and handle any claim under our returns policy.
• To keep the record of research-use eligibility that we are required to hold for these materials.
• To meet our tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not build behavioural profiles.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, only with parties who need it to complete your order:

• Our fulfillment partner, who picks and packs the order — they receive your delivery details and the items.
• Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — name, delivery address, and parcel details, so they can deliver it.
• Payment providers and our bank — the information needed to receive and reconcile your payment.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records, invoices, and research-use attestations are kept for seven years to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. General correspondence not attached to an order is kept for two years. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order records are held in access-controlled systems, available only to staff who need them to do their job. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority within the timeframes the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete information we no longer need to keep, or stop using it for a particular purpose. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them — and we extend the same handling to everyone who asks, wherever they live.

Email support@humanpeptidebiolabs.com with your request. We reply within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may have to keep records the law requires us to retain even after a deletion request.

Children

This site is not directed to children. Ordering is restricted to qualified persons aged 21 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email to affected customers.
